Position Overview
Help in Your Home LLC is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team as Personal Services Attendants, Home Health Aides (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). In this role, you will provide essential in-home personal care services that empower clients to live with dignity, independence, and comfort in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
• Personal Care Assistance: Support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting while ensuring privacy and dignity.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs; assist with feeding and hydration.
• Light Housekeeping: Maintain a safe, tidy environment with tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and bed-making.
• Mobility Assistance: Aid with transfers, walking, and repositioning to ensure client safety.
• Companionship: Provide emotional support, engage in activities, and encourage social interaction.
• Medication Reminders: Ensure clients take prescribed medications according to care plans.
• Health Monitoring: Assist with basic vital signs and report changes in condition promptly.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of care provided and client updates.

Qualifications
• Certification: HHA, CNA, or equivalent personal care training required.
• Experience: Prior home care experience preferred; training available for qualified candidates.
• Compassion & Empathy: Commitment to patient-centered care and respect for client independence.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, move, and assist clients; perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and walking.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, and team members.
• Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check.

Criminal History Restrictions
Candidates will not qualify if they have:
• Felony convictions (violent crimes, drug-related offenses, theft, fraud).
• Convictions related to abuse, neglect, or exploitation of vulnerable individuals.
• Felony or misdemeanor convictions involving dishonesty or moral turpitude (fraud, identity theft, financial crimes).
• Any offense disqualifying them from working with vulnerable populations under state or federal law.
Other criminal offenses may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
